Combine food-processing know-how with entrepreneurship and business skills to create value from agriculture. You’ll explore food processing, quality assurance and small-business management through practical projects, teamwork and experiences that bring the profession to life. Entry requirements

Your path to ECC may begin in different ways. This programme accommodates multiple admission routes, and our Admissions team can help you understand how your qualifications fit.

Five (5) passes at CSEC, GCE O-Level, SSC or City & Guilds Stage 3, including English, Mathematics and a science subject.

Applicants with five subjects including English but without Mathematics may be admitted provisionally and must complete Foundation Concepts in Mathematics I and II during Year 1.

Relevant Level 2 HEART/NSTA Trust certification may provide direct matriculation; CASE Agriculture diploma holders with B+ grades in relevant courses may be assessed for advanced placement.

Mature applicants require at least two CSEC subjects including English, at least three years of relevant industry experience and individual assessment.

Your associate degree journey includes more than the curriculum table.

Depending on your entry qualifications, you may need Foundation Mathematics or English. Applicable associate degree students also complete PACE, U-VAC, Information Literacy, Social Outreach and other published college-wide requirements. These requirements do not continue into the bachelor’s stage.
