Designed for professionals ready to lead at a higher level, the MBA brings strategy, research and practical management together around real business challenges. You can follow the general pathway or build deeper expertise in project management, logistics management or human resource management. Blended learning and an applied master’s project keep your studies closely connected to professional practice, while social entrepreneurship challenges you to create value that reaches beyond the boardroom.

Entry requirements
Your path to ECC may begin in different ways. This programme accommodates multiple admission routes, and our Admissions team can help you understand how your qualifications fit.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance & Management, Marketing, Hospitality or Accounting with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in another discipline may be admitted and assigned bridging courses in economics and/or accounting.
A relevant postgraduate diploma with a minimum GPA of 2.5 may satisfy the academic entry route.
Applicants without a first degree may be assessed through a Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition portfolio and may be required to complete bridging courses. Mature entry is considered under ECC policy.
Applicants who do not meet the GPA requirement, or who apply through mature entry, may be considered following an interview that evaluates relevant work experience and additional certification.

Eureka Road Campus is the administrative base for this postgraduate programme. Teaching is delivered mainly online; limited face-to-face interaction may be required on campus depending on the programme, course and intake.
