This diploma is for professionals who want to shape stronger workplaces through evidence-informed people practice. Industrial sociology, organisational behaviour, industrial psychology, strategic HR development and HR informatics come together with applied research and agile management. After at least two successful semesters, eligible students may request an academically advised upgrade into the Human Resource Management specialization of the MBA.

Entry requirements
Your path to ECC may begin in different ways. This programme accommodates multiple admission routes, and our Admissions team can help you understand how your qualifications fit.
A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, or a bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the programme, with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
A first degree in another discipline, including a Bachelor of Arts, may be accepted with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
Applicants without a first degree may be assessed through a Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition portfolio and may be assigned bridging courses before enrolment.
Mature entry is considered under ECC policy. Applicants without the required GPA, or those entering through the mature route, may be interviewed and should demonstrate relevant work experience and additional certification.

Eureka Road Campus is the administrative base for this postgraduate programme. Teaching is delivered mainly online; limited face-to-face interaction may be required on campus depending on the programme, course and intake.
