Develop the service, guest-care, team-coordination and food-safety competence needed in restaurant and beverage operations. From the start, your learning stays close to the workplace as you practise food and beverage service, guest care and service coordination and food safety and restaurant operations through hands-on activities and real-world challenges. You’ll leave ready to contribute with confidence, pursue opportunities such as food-and-beverage server or restaurant service assistant, or turn your skills into an enterprise of your own.

Open to eligible Sixth Form Pathway applicants.
Applicants may enter with one (1) CXC subject or one (1) City & Guilds subject.
Applicants may alternatively enter with a Level 1 certificate from HEART/NCTVET.
